Angel’s ears caught a chilling voice:
“Welcome to the operating room, it seems we’ve got ourselves a new worker.”
Her heart skipped. Even before she turned, her body was trembling. She whirled around, brushing strands of hair away from her eyes—only to be struck with terror.
“Inna lillahi wa’inna ilayhirraji’un!” she cried.
Before her lay a grotesque scene: young women sprawled naked on hospital beds like helpless patients. Some were pregnant—twins even—pitifully exposed. Towering giants in black surgical garments loomed over them, gripping bloodstained instruments.
“Please, my sister, help me! Get me out of here before they kill me!” one heavily pregnant woman begged, eyes wide with fear. Her swollen belly showed she was at full term. They had stripped her bare, leaving her shame uncovered.
Angel’s heart shattered. She trembled, muttering through tears: Hasbunallahu wa ni‘mal wakeel. La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah…
The woman begged again, this time sobbing: “If you can’t save me, then at least save my baby! Please!”
But before Angel could answer, one of the giants strode toward her, knife in hand. Instinctively, she tried to run, but he caught her arm with terrifying strength. Dragging her to the pregnant woman’s bedside, he shoved the knife into Angel’s palm. With brutal force, he guided her hand downward.
Angel wailed, struggling, begging Allah to take her soul before she could commit such horror. But the giant forced her to slice into the woman’s belly. Blood erupted
